  • Lead hiring for technical and niche roles (low-code, cloud, data, AI, integrations), ensuring quality and speed.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and market engagement.

  • Manage skills inventory, utilization tracking, and workforce planning.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on staffing, performance, and employee matters.

Skill & Qualification
