SUPPORT ANALYST

Support Analyst is a key resource who will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.

Job Requirements:

  • Engineering domain knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with users to resolve  issues

  • Knowledge of industry relevant applications (Teamcenter, CATIA, NX, CAE Applications, Industrial Design Applications)

  • Expertise in Helpdesk software (ServiceNow)

Support Analyst Enterprise Integration 

As a Support Analyst – Enterprise Integrations, you will provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required. You will often respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Delivering with utmost efficiency through APIs, database management systems, and connection protocols.

  • Streamlining data structures, data documentation, database operations, database structure and data integration.

  • Perform test runs and system tests to review and make process improvements.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Min. Experience of 2 years in Enterprise Integration support.

  • Technical expertise in the operating systems Windows/ Linux, programming languages like Python, Java, C++, relational database

  •       Management systems - MS- SQL, SQL.

  • Thorough knowledge of APIs and connection protocols- FTP, HTTP, TCP.

  • Proficiency in the English language ( verbal and written).

SR. DATA ARCHITECT 

Our team is looking for a BI Developer and Data Architect to create and manage BI and analytics solutions across North America. As a BI Data Architect, you will be working with the BI Analyst, understanding the requirements, and then creating or updating the set of BI reports to accommodate business needs, you will spend 80% of your time performing the required design and development to successfully implement/integrate new BI solutions or make improvements to existing ones with significant magnitude and scope, often involving integration among diverse systems. The remaining 20% of your time will be focused on providing technical support and maintenance to the existing solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of job-related experience doing BI

  • Strong knowledge in Power BI (or any other BI reporting tool)

  • Knowledge in MS SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)

  • Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in Azure components (Data Factory, Data Lake, etc.) is a plus.

  • Must have experience working on projects that have interactions with other application systems and services.

  • Strong English language skills, oral and written. 

  • Excellent communication, organization, documentation, co‐coordinating, and teamwork skills.

  • Must be able to work independently and be very thorough and detail-oriented. Have strong problem-solving skills, strong critical thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, investigates, and recommends BI solutions to accommodate the request that is coming from the business.

  • Design builds and deploy BI solutions

  • Provide support to existing BI projects

  • Propose report changes, data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed.

  • Document processes, flows and architectures used in our shop floor BI solutions

  • Serve as an SME in BI, making recommendations based on the business requirements

Boomi Designer/Developer - Enterprise Integration

This position is responsible for designing and developing interfaces for the Adient Enterprise Integration Global Platform. The primary technologies involved include

  • Dell Boomi

  • Apache Active MQ – Artemis

  • Oracle / SQL Server SQL

  • Apigee API Management

  • Responsibilities include creating technical design documents, working with business analysts to understand requirements, implementing detailed designs, creating, and executing unit and integration test plans, and creating promotion documentation. This person will be working with other teams as well as EI customers so good communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction are a priority.
