As a Business Analyst – ADP Payroll Integrations, you will act as the liaison between ADP, Workday, and internal teams.   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR/Payroll domains.

  • Strong knowledge of ADP Payroll and Workday HCM integrations.

  • Experience in documenting business and technical requirements in ADO.

  • Collaborate with ADP, Workday, and development teams to ensure clarity on timelines and deliverables.

  • Support testing, validation, and sign-off processes.

  • Manage change requests and identify process improvement opportunities.
